Internal Quality Assurance

Aqua Train offers an Internal Quality Assurance service to other STA (Safety Training Awards) Approved Training Centres. Whether you are a new centre, or an established centre we can help ensure that you meet the requirements set out by Safety Training Awards and Ofqual.

We have taken centres from having no direct claims status and who were non-compliant, all the way through to having direct claims status and being fully compliant. This means as a business you are able to be confident that you are providing the highest standards of courses possible and sell this point to your clients.

We may not be the cheapest, but you get 1:1 support, a direct contact number and email, guaranteed quick response times and support on any questions you may have.

We can help you create an IQA strategy that meets your Awarding Organisations requirements.

 

If you already have one we can also offer guidance on how to ensure it remains compliant. 

Laptop and Paperwork

IQA Checks

We offer face to face tutor/assessor observations and learner feedback, or remote desk based checks. All reports are completed within 72 hours of receipt*.

Phone on Desk

Support Calls 

With our service you will be guaranteed a monthly video call* should you wish to. If and how you chose to use this call is up to you, but the option is there for full support.

*Complimentary call durations are 20minutes.
